FR : Nos balades sont modifiables ou annulables uniquement jusqu’à 72 heures avant l’heure de départ.

Pour garantir le bon déroulement des balades et par respect pour les autres participants, nous vous demandons d’arriver impérativement 30 minutes avant l’heure de départ au point de rendez-vous communiqué.
Les retards ne pourront malheureusement pas être pris en compte, et aucun remboursement ne sera possible en cas d’arrivée tardive.

En cas de conditions météorologiques incompatibles avec l’activité, celle-ci sera annulée. Vous serez informé par e-mail ou SMS au plus tard 3 heures avant l’horaire prévu, et vous aurez la possibilité de reporter la balade (selon disponibilité) ou d’obtenir un remboursement intégral.

En réservant, chaque participant reconnaît que le permis de conduire est obligatoire pour prendre part à l’activité, et qu’il doit être présenté en format physique au moment de l’arrivée.
En cas de documents non conformes ou manquants, l’accès à l’activité pourra être refusé sans préavis, et aucun report ni remboursement ne pourra être accordé.

For the smooth running of the tour and out of respect for the other participants, please arrive on time at the appointment set 30 minutes before the start of your Tour. We will not be able to wait for latecomers, and rides cannot be refunded in case of delay.

In the event of weather forecasts not favorable to the progress of the activity, it will be cancelled, you will be informed by email or sms up to 3 hours before the appointment of your tour, and will be able to benefit from a full refund of your reservation, or reschedule your tour according to our availability.

Participants understand when booking that a driving license is necessary to carry out our activity, and that it is obligatory to present it in physical format during the appointment. In the event of failure to present documents relating to the driving of our vehicles, access to our activity may be refused without notice, and no refund or postponement of the reservation will be possible.
